TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"Sproutz," referred to as "us" or "we," is the company providing subscription services. "Subscriber," referred to as "you," is the individual enrolled in our service.

General

  1. Adult Agreement Required: By accepting these terms, you confirm you are 18 years or older and authorized to use the selected payment method.
  2. Operating Locations: Our services are currently available only in the following Western Cape areas:
  • Bellville
  • Bloubergstrand
  • Brackenfell
  • Durbanville
  • Kraaifontein
  • Loevenstein
  • Melkbosstrand
  • Panorama
  • Plattekloof
  • Somerset West
  • Strand 
  • Stellenbosch

Subscriptions

  1. Subscription Not Purchase: You are renting Sproutz bundles; ownership remains with Sproutz.
  2. Monthly Subscription: Each Sproutz Bundle is leased monthly. Subscription fees are billed monthly until cancellation. Minimum rental period is one month.
  3. Subscription Fee: Excludes a shipping fee.
  4. Shipping Fee: A fixed shipping fee will be charged for all deliveries or collections of Sproutz goods, including swaps. 
  5. Swapping of Items: Subscribers may swap any items once per month at no additional charge, except for the applicable shipping fee.
  6. Cancelling a Subscription: You may cancel up to ten (10) days before the next subscription fee is due by emailing team@sproutz.co.za. Goods must be returned within seven days. Failure to return all items may result in an additional month’s subscription fee.
  7. Returns: Return all Sproutz items regardless of condition. Failure to return may result in charges equivalent to the cost of purchasing the items anew.
  8. Cancellation and Refunds by Sproutz: We may cancel subscriptions due to insufficient clothing or gear availability and refund payments.
  9. Subscription Fee Review: We reserve the right to change our subscription fee twice a year before March and September.

Shipping & Returns

  1. Delivery & Collection: Sproutz delivers and collects subscription bundles within the specified Western Cape areas. A fixed shipping fee applies to all deliveries, collections, and swaps, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
  2. Swaps & Returns: Subscribers may swap items once per month. All Sproutz items must be returned regardless of condition. Failure to return items may result in additional charges as per our Terms & Conditions.
  3. Shipping Methods: Sproutz may use various shipping methods, including couriers and Pudo drop-off points, to facilitate returns and exchanges. Customers using these options will receive prepaid shipping codes and instructions.

Refunds & Cance​llations

  1. Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed. Subscribers may cancel their subscription up to ten (10) days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued in cases where Sproutz is unable to provide the subscribed clothing or gear due to stock shortages.
  3. Refund Process: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at team@sproutz.co.za or 064 884 8805 within seven (7) days of the transaction. Eligible refunds will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days.

Your Rights and Obligations

  1. Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and good condition as per manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Delivery: Ensure accurate delivery address. Update address at least seven days before a swap.
  3. Financial Guarantees: Reasonable wear and tear covered. Excessive damage may incur charges.
  4. Breach: Breach of terms may result in account cancellation and charges.
  5. Product Disclaimer and Liability: Use clothing at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the subscription price.
  6. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures beyond our control.

This Privacy Policy outlines Sproutz’s approach to collecting, using, and disclosing information on www.sproutz.co.za (the "Website") and Sproutz services. By using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Sproutz's Terms of Service. We may update this Policy, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. Information Collection: When using the Website or contacting Sproutz, personal or non-personal information may be collected, including through cookies and similar technologies, in line with POPIA regulations. This may include your name, contact details, and browsing data.
  2. Information Use: We use collected information to provide services, verify identities, respond to inquiries, comply with laws, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your information.
  3. Information Disclosure: Your information may be shared in limited circumstances, such as with your consent or to fulfill services. We maintain security measures to protect your data.
  4. Web-Related Information: We use cookies to enhance Website functionality. You can manage cookie preferences, but disabling them may limit functionality.
  5. Notifications & Communications: We may send service-related updates and marketing communications. You can opt out of non-essential notifications at any time.
  6. Data Transfer & Storage: Your information may be transferred and stored outside South Africa, subject to POPIA requirements.
  7. Rights & Withdrawal: You have the right to control your data and may withdraw consent for processing. Links to third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
